PRIZE PROMOTION TERMS AND CONDITIONS

• This promotion will start on 7th September 2022 and the closing date for this promotion is 5pm on 10^th September 2022
• Employees or agents of CVGUKL, and their families or other persons connected with this promotion are not eligible to enter.
• Entry is for people of 18 years of age and over.
• A valid entry consists of a correctly answered question on the entry form, and the full completion of all fields in the competition entry form, which is hosted at bimeda.co.uk/BEVA2022
• Entrants may enter this promotion a maximum of once. We will only accept one entry into the prize promotion per person. We will not accept responsibility for entries which fail to reach us before the closing date for any reason, are incomplete, illegible, or corrupted.

• The promoters’ decision is final and binding in all matters and no correspondence will be entered into.
• The promoters reserve the right to change any aspect of the Prize
• The prize will be subject to any additional terms and conditions of the suppliers of the prizes.
• The promoters are excluded from liability for any loss, damage or injury which might occur to the winners arising from his or her acceptance of the prize (including without limitation any indirect, punitive, special, exemplary, incidental or consequential loss, loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of goodwill that arises out of or in connection with your participation in the prize draw) or from our refusal to allow you take part in the prize draw or our withdrawal of the prize draw or any other failure or inability by you to participate in or benefit from the prize draw for any reason. Nothing in these terms and conditions excludes or limits our liability in respect of personal injury or death caused by our negligence, or for fraud.
• The winners of the Prize will be the first fully completed and correct entry which is randomly selected from all entries correctly submitted in accordance with these terms and conditions.
• The promoter will notify the winners of the Prize by telephone on, or before 31^st October 2022
• Unsuccessful entrants will not be contacted.
• The winners may be required to participate in unpaid promotional related publicity (including internet) undertaken by the promoter or its associated companies.
• Entry to this promotion shall be deemed full and unconditional acceptance of the terms & conditions.
• The promoters reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions.
• These terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws of Ireland and subject to the jurisdiction of the Irish Courts.
• Details of the competition winners will be published on Bimeda website and on social media.
• The Prize: The winner will receive a hotel stay within the UK or in Europe, with a maximum cost of £500. The hotel stay can be for one or two people. Bimeda will liaise with the winner and ask them to provide preferred dates and preferred location for the stay. Bimeda is responsible for booking the hotel stay. The stay may be room only, or bed and breakfast, depending on the location chosen. No additional costs, including transportation or costs incurred during the stay will be paid by Bimeda. The cost to Bimeda will not exceed £500.

• The Prize is as offered, is not transferable and cannot be substituted for any other prize. No cash or voucher alternative is available.
• No cash, voucher or alternative will be provided if the chosen hotel stay costs less than £500
• Personal information which you provide when you enter will be held and used only by the promoter, its group companies, and its suppliers and contractors to administer the promotion and otherwise in accordance with the promoter's privacy policy and as expressly agreed by you.
