2014 has seen a landmark year for Bimeda who have joined both NOAH and AHDA.
Shelley Scott and John Jenkins of Bimeda, at this year’s AHDA conference. Attending the AHDA conference this year Andrew Lane Bimeda National Sales Manager announced some big product launches Bimeda UK, commenting: "many of our loyal customers are enthused about the new shortened meat withhold on Gold Fleece Sheep Dip (49 days) which will make dipping a much more attractive option. This is particularly relevant as sheep farmers struggle to deal with critical diseases such as Sheep Scab and Blowfly Strike."
Andrew also commented that Bimeda’s trusted triclabendazole product Endofluke is now licensed for use in dairy cows. He noted, "with a milk withdrawal period of 45 days plus 48 hours and a new pack size of 5 litres, Endofluke is now set to a product of choice among the UK’s dairy farmers".
Finally Bimeda have recently added the entire Cosecure range of boluses to their portfolio. Andrew commented "Cosecure boluses, with their unique glass formulation and rumen-available minerals are ideal for optimal trace element supplementation and for both treating and preventing thiomolybdate toxicity. The range includes cattle, sheep and lamb boluses and have been proven to improve fertility and thrive in animals. They will be of great benefit to our customers and their animals, and we are very excited to add this range of revolutionary products to our range".
